Loopy is a programmable loop switcher for guitar pedals with MIDI support.
LP8 is an 8 loop programmable guitar pedal switcher. LP422 rearranges the order of the loops to allow 4 in front of the amp, 2 in the send/return and 2 to be used as amp switcher (like for instance switching channels).
Loopy LP8 can be seen in action here:

As well as being capable of switching on and off individual loops, arbitrary combinations of loops can be enabled using presets. While Loopy can easily recall 16 presets using the built-in footswitches, it does actually allow to store 128 presets using its MIDI capabilities.

How to use Loopy
A manual for Loopy is available here: manual
Please get in touch if you need clarifications on the usage.
How to build Loopy
Loopy is designed around mainstream components and an easy to drill template: all the holes are circular and can be easily made with a standard drill.
In the documentation you will find everything you need to build one, in either LP8 or LP422 configuration:
- schematic
- BOM
- HEX firmware
- build instruction
- drilling template
- manual
- guides to choose the relay and the LED
